ERA’s team comprises 80 people from around the world. Speaking various languages, with diverse professional backgrounds, they perceive the world in manifold ways. And yet, what unites them is clear:

They share a culture of honest, constructive debate where many perspectives meet, opinions are shared openly, and every conversation has the potential to broaden horizons. They are also united by a genuine passion for training, for shaping ERA’s programmes for legal professionals throughout Europe, and for their own growth through active participation in internal training.
